تأسس مصنع الصريف للمنتجات الأسمنتية عام 1979م كجزء من مجموعة مؤسسة الصريف والتي باشرت أعمال الخرسانة للبنية الأساسية للحي الدبلوماسي بالرياض، والذي اشتمل على انتاج حوالي 000ر400 م2 من بلاط الأرصفة المتداخل و 000ر400 م.ط من البردورات المتنوعة مع تركيبها وتعتبر من أفضل الأعمال للبنية الأساسية في المملكة العربية السعودية. وفي عام 1985م، ونظراً للطلب المتزايد على المنتجات الأسمنتية وخصوصاً منتجاتنا الخاصة بالبنية الأساسية في المملكة فقد باشر المصنع بالانتاج التجاري وتسويقه في جميع أنحاء المملكة وفي الوقت الحالي فإن مصنع الصريف يعتبر من المصانع الرائدة في انتاج النوعيات الجيدة من المنتجات الأسمنتية بشهادة جميع فئات العملاء والفنيين. ونظراً لثقة عملائنا فقد وضعنا نصب أعيننا أن نستمر بإنتاج النوعيات الممتازة واستمرارية التطوير والتنويع للسنوات القادمة، وحسب ما هو واضحاً في هذا الكتالوج فقد تم اضافة العديد من المنتجات والموديلات الجديدة.
